ASA sailing instructor and USCG 100-ton captain available to teach offshore sailing on your own boat. Veteran offshore teacher, several Atlantic crossings, charter work, cruising and teaching sailing most of my life. Last winter I ran a 6-month offshore voyage teaching students on a trip from San Diego toRhode Island through the Panama Canal. Check it out on Facebook at "Koae Sailing" group, 7000 Nm, 16 students.

I charge a flat rate, happy to teach a group or couple, or better yet use me to prep and make adelivery. I can help get you and your boat there safely and you get the lessons as a bonus. I'm not aschool, so I can't give you a certificate, but I go through the ASA material up through BareboatChartering and Navigation, and then we get into the real stuff. My specialty is advanced offshore sailing, everything from provisioning and trip planning to advanced sail theory and offshore safety. Also an ABYC certified Marine Electrician, so you can learn about all the crazy boat systems you've been working on.

Best contact is info @ bettermarineservices . com (remove the spaces), or check out my resume here: http://bettermarineservices.com/resume.html
