A valuable opportunity to grow youth sailing: last November, Ariane Paul of Alameda Community Sailing Center, gathered over 30 SailSFBay affiliates managing publicly accessible sailing organizations - junior sailing, community sailing, youth sailing programs, etc to discuss ways to grow participation and to share best practices. It was such a great success the group decided to meet quarterly.
All members of youth sailing organizations are now invited to attend the second in the series. Next meeting will not be until May.
Who:
Non-Profit and community sailing programs and youth sailing programs, public as well as yacht clubs
What:
Second in a new series of group forums to discuss challenges, successes, needs, and ideas to keep these sailing programs going strong
When
Thurs night, Feb 13, 7:00 pm
Where
Oakland Yacht Club
1100 Pacific Marina
Alameda, CA. 94501
downstairs in the Regatta Room
To RSVP, please email:

SailSFBay works to grow participation in sailing and hopes to help facilitate the efforts of all organizations in the Bay Area who are doing such a great job of introducing youth to sailing the Bay!
